Our Minds Matter

It is commonly understood that when people speak, they plant seeds in our conscious minds. These seeds give rise to thoughts that we interpret for ease of understanding. The thoughts may or may not align with our truth, but they generate emotions that influence our actions, decisions, reactions, and ultimately, our lives. Thus, our comprehension of the words depends on our frame of reference, history, and cell memory.

When our understanding resonates positively with our cell memory, we consider it the truth and feel happy and in control of our lives. However, if the incoming words provoke thoughts that do not resonate with our cell memory, our minds reject them, and we feel that we have lost control of our lives, leading to unhappiness.

Unfortunately, this is similar to the Facebook algorithm that sends us more of what we check online. Likewise, our thought energy algorithm brings more of the same to our minds, and ultimately, our frame of reference becomes our stumbling block.

When we feel content and happy, we tend to overlook the positives in our lives. However, when we have negative thoughts and emotions, we tend to dwell on and compound the negatives, increasing the negativity.
Therefore, our goal should be to cleanse our minds by being aware of the dangers of focusing predominantly on negative circumstances and situations. The trick is to raise our thought energy to a higher vibration than the negative energy.

In the real world, it is difficult to react positively to negative situations or experiences, especially if we have a vested interest in the outcome. Thus, the only way to change our algorithm is to remove the emotion from anything negative happening in our lives. This separation allows us to see the truth of our response and gain a higher understanding or higher vibration. We change our algorithm by looking for the positives in every situation, one thought at a time.

As we allow the compounding effect of positive energy into our lives, we develop a good-time thinking attitude in our conscious and subconscious minds. We do this because our minds matter.
